Myth Busting & FAQs
Clearing up misconceptions one question at a time.
No. Vitiligo is not contagious. It is an autoimmune condition where the body attacks its own pigment cells. You cannot catch it from touching someone.
Currently, there is no known cure, but there are treatments that can help restore pigment or even out skin tone. Mulndo focuses on social acceptance and quality of life.
We use art as a tool for storytelling and therapy. Our exhibitions challenge public perceptions, while our workshops help individuals express their experiences and build confidence.
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds (artists, medical professionals, lawyers, etc.). Visit our 'Get Involved' page to sign up.
